Terms of Service

4.1 Subscription Plans: We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Features and limitations vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

4.3 Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

4.4 Refunds and 30-Day Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers. If you are not completely satisfied with our Service within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund.

Refund Process:

• Refunds must be requested within 30 days of your initial payment
• To request a refund, contact us at feedback@keypromptninja.io with your account email and reason for cancellation
• Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Upon refund, your subscription will be immediately cancelled and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period

4.5 Refund Limitations: The 30-day guarantee applies only to your first paid subscription. Renewals, upgrades, or subsequent subscriptions after cancellation are non-refundable except as required by law. Founder tier one-time payments are eligible for the 30-day guarantee on the initial purchase only.

4.6 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5.1 What Are AI Credits: AI Credits are a virtual currency used exclusively for generating AI videos through our Service. Credits are required to use AI video generation features powered by fal.ai infrastructure. One credit represents a unit of computational resource used during video generation.

5.2 Monthly Credit Grants: Certain subscription plans include monthly credit grants:

• Creator Plan: 500 AI Credits per month
• Studio Plan: 2,000 AI Credits per month
• Community (Free) Plan: No monthly credits included

Monthly credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and do not expire. Unused monthly credits roll over and accumulate with your existing balance.

5.3 Credit Purchases: Users may purchase additional AI Credits through one-time payments. We offer four credit packages:

• Starter: 1,000 credits for $10 ($0.010 per credit)
• Standard: 2,500 credits for $20 ($0.008 per credit)
• Pro: 5,000 credits for $35 ($0.007 per credit)
• Agency: 10,000 credits for $60 ($0.006 per credit)

Credit purchases are processed through Stripe and are separate from subscription payments.

5.4 Credit Expiration: AI Credits never expire. Both monthly granted credits and purchased credits remain in your account indefinitely and roll over month to month. Your credit balance persists even if you downgrade or cancel your subscription.

5.5 Credit Usage: Credits are consumed when you generate AI videos. The number of credits used depends on:

• Video duration (longer videos require more credits)
• AI model selected (different models have different credit costs per second)
• Video complexity and parameters

Credit costs are displayed before you start generation. You can view detailed pricing information on the video generation interface.

5.6 Reserved Credits: When you initiate a video generation, the estimated credit cost is temporarily reserved from your balance. Upon completion:

• If generation succeeds: The actual credits used (based on final video duration) are deducted, and any excess reserved credits are returned to your balance
• If generation fails: All reserved credits are fully refunded to your balance

5.7 Credit Refunds: All AI Credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are a virtual currency that can be used immediately upon purchase, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. If a video or image generation fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits used for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account balance. Monthly granted credits (included with Creator and Studio subscriptions) are not eligible for separate refunds but are covered under the subscription refund policy in Section 4.4.

5.8 Credit Balance Visibility: You can view your current credit balance at any time through:

• Dashboard AI Credits card
• Membership page credit meter
• Navigation dropdown menu
• Video generation interface

Your credit history and transaction log are available on the Membership page, showing all grants, purchases, and usage.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Violate the rights of other users

11.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice.

11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period.

13.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

13.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

13.3 Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

13.4 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gravital Digital LLC regarding the Service.
